We are a community social enterprise run by the parish of Sandal Magna and have operated in the heart of this Community for over 26 years. Over that time we have witnessed many changes but one aspect that has never changed is our commitment to providing well balanced and home cooked affordable meals to all.

Whilst we are able to sustain a small paid staff in the Café Kitchen, it is our hard working team of over 80 volunteers that keep us going and provide such a friendly, warm and welcoming environment for all our customers to experience and enjoy.

All our food is made from scratch on the premises, and we work hard to keep our Menus current and varied, with our Daily Backboard Specials always a popular choice.

In addition to our published menus – we also offer an Afternoon Tea Menu available throughout the year, every Tuesday – Friday from 2pm. We do ask that you allow 24 hours notice for ordering allowing us the time to ensure that we have everything prepared for you and your guests.

Our Christmas Lunches are always extremely popular and bookings normally start in the Summer for these.

We do various ad hoc events throughout the year that are always advertised through our Facebook page – so do follow us for the most up-to date information.

All our menu items are available to take away – you can order at the Café Counter in person, by phone or via our Facebook page and website.
